Screen Skills Ireland is delighted to support an exciting upcoming masterclass, Dublin Editors in conversation with Paul Machliss ACE. This masterclass will focus on Paul’s work across film and television, with particular emphasis on his Oscar-nominated editing on Baby Driver. The event will examine a number of scenes from different films, along with a discussion of how they came together and how the earlier versions differed from the final product. The evening will conclude with an audience Q&A.
This event will be of great interest to professional editors and assistant editors, as it will focus on the creative side of editing and provide a rarely seen insight into the workflow of such a successful editor. To apply for tickets please email firstname.lastname@example.org with “Paul Machliss” in the subject line.
