This workshop, run in partnership with Screen Skillnet, will offer an overview of Rhino 3D software’s application in the Art Department, and offer tips and tools for its effective use. This course is being offered free of charge to support the Irish creative screen sector impacted by the ongoing situation with COVID-19.
The course will cover topics such as 2D Draughting in Rhino, Modelling in 3D, Importing and Exporting Files and Setting up a Drawing.
The course will start with a one-hour workshop on Tuesday 19th May from 15.30 to 16.30 and then one to one sessions between 14.30 to 19.00 on Thursday 21st May, Tuesday 26th May and Thursday 28th May.

Instructions of downloading the software for course will be given to successful applicants.
This workshop is aimed at Art Department personnel who are familiar with digital modelling/ draughting and wish to start using Rhino as a design tool. This course will be aimed at Production Designers, Art Directors, Assistant Art Directors, Draughtspeople and Trainees.
