Unconscious bias can be heightened during a crisis such as COVID-19, as leaders and employees are modifying how they work together. In the workplace, there will be a “new normal,” which will impact policies, work, customers, and the business. If not well managed, unconscious biases can hinder companies’ ability to be responsive to this crisis and employees’ needs.
In this course, participants will explore unconscious bias in the workplace and the meaningful actions they can take to lessen its impact particularly at a time of crisis. Participants will also set personal goals and create a plan of action to help apply the strategies learned in the course.
