This course, delivered in partnership with Screen Skillnet, is the last of a series of courses run dealing with stress and mental health issues in the screen sector. The management of mental health on a production has become even more difficult due the Covid-19 pandemic.
This session supports leaders and managers within the screen sector to understand & apply the foundations of Psychological Safety (PS). PS is a key enabling factor in high performance environments, underpinning the healthy dynamic teams which are core to optimal performance. PS is evidenced to supercharge innovation and inclusion – two factors which are essential in the building of highly creative, diverse and resilient teams.
This course is aimed at Line Producers, Production Mangers and Heads of Departments who want to gain an understanding of how to manage their own mental health, resilience and wellbeing and create healthy working environments which respond to the mental health needs of their crews.
The course is limited to 12 participants.
Screen Skills Ireland courses are open to all regardless of gender, race, religion, sexual orientation or disability.
