Screen Skills Ireland in partnership with Screen Producers Ireland (SPI) are seeking participants for this course on Employee Relations, presented by Ibec. Aimed at those responsible for overseeing the management of employee relations on productions, this course builds on previous Employee Relations/HR events by focusing on applying employment legislation and HR best practice in a production environment. Participant Profile:

This course is aimed at experienced Producers, Line Producers and Production Managers with a direct involvement in overseeing employee relations activity on productions. Participants must have industry track record with at least two paid professional producing/ line producing/ production managing credits (television or film).

This course will require participants to engage in workshops/ break out groups and participants will need to be available for the entire day. Due to Covid-19 restrictions the course is being offered remotely. As such, participants will need to have access to a webcam, laptop/tablet or other device, and reliable Internet connection.
