During times of crisis, many companies tend to disengage from Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives (DEI), but new research shows that DEI efforts present a potent source of strength as they weather tough times.
This workshop aims to increase participants’ awareness of the importance of working together with people from different backgrounds and cultures and activating the many perspectives and ideas everyone brings particularly at a time of crisis. Participants learn how to recognise and manage behaviours that can undermine individuals and teams, along with positive actions that, together with management’s commitment and the right policies, can create a culture in which everyone has opportunities to thrive and participate in the company’s operations and leadership. Participants will also create a plan of action to help apply the strategies learned in the course.
